Special thanks to the staff of Cavendish Court Care Home, Alderley Edge and the doctors and staff of ward 8 Macclesfield District General Hospital for all their devoted care and attention, Mrs. Jean Underhill for her comforting ministrations, Russell and the staff at J. A. Whiston and to everyone who attended the funeral.
